 About Us

 Application of Terms

  1.  These Terms & Conditions apply to all our internet sales and replace any previous Terms & Conditions expressed either verbally or written.
  2. Any variation to these Terms & Conditions will only take effect where agreed in writing by Rizos.
  3. When placing an order from our website for products, it shall be deemed that you accept these Terms & Conditions and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  4. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notification.

The Website

  1. This website is only intended for use by residents in the UK and Ireland. 
  2. In the event that a product you have ordered is not available, we will contact you via email to discuss the option of ordering a replacement product, receiving a refund for the product or cancelling the entire order.  If we do not hear from you within 4 working days, it shall be deemed that you require a refund for the out of stock product only.
  3. Rizos reserves the right to modify, substitute or remove any information on the website without prior notice.
  4. Site content is the property of Rizos and may not be used without written approval from us.

 When the Contract is Formed

  1.  Your order constitutes an offer to buy a product and all orders are subject to acceptance by Rizos. 
  2. A legally binding contract is formed between Rizos and you upon delivery of the order to you.  The processing of your payment and acknowledgement of your order does not constitute a legal acceptance of your order.

 Price & Payment

  1.  All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  2. Prices exclude delivery costs.  (See Section:  Delivery of Orders)
  3. The price payable for products is as set out on the website at the time of placing your order and acknowledged within the Order Confirmation.
  4. Payment for the entire order and delivery charges must be received and cleared before your order can be packed and delivered.
  5. Payment must be via Paypal; (either by Credit or Debit card or Paypal account balance) or Cheque drawn on a UK bank (subject to bank clearance).

 Delivery of Orders

  1.  We aim to fulfil your order within 7 working days from the date of Order Confirmation and Payment unless there are exceptional circumstances. In the unlikely event that your order is not received within 7 working days, please notify Rizos immediately.
  2. Your order will be delivered to the address provided at the time your order was placed.  We are unable to accept changes to a delivery address after receiving the order.
  3. Delivery will be to a single UK or Eire address and we are unable to split an order for delivery to separate addresses.
  4. A delivery charge inclusive of VAT will be added to your order subject to the gross weight of the order.
  5. Gross weight includes the weight of the product, product packaging, and packing materials. An additional 250g is added to your order to represent carton and packing materials when calculating the relevant delivery charge.
  6. The delivery prices quoted on the website are for Mainland UK areas only.  Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Eire are served but are subject to different delivery charges.  For these areas, please contact Rizos for a delivery quotation.
  7. Deliveries are made via a third party carrier and are made between Monday and Friday excluding Bank Holidays and will require a signature.
  8. You will be responsible for any charges incurred for failed deliveries.
  9. Discrepancies or problems with the order must be notified to Rizos within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
  10. Products ordered will be at your risk once delivered to you or the recipient.

 Procedure for Cancellation of Orders

  1.  You may cancel your order within 7 days from the date of delivery beginning on the day after you receive the products. 
  2. You must inform Rizos in writing (letter, fax or email) stating your decision and reasons for cancellation.
  3. You must return the products to Rizos immediately and in the same condition in which you received them.  Returns are at your own cost and risk.  You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products whilst they are in your possession.
  4. Rizos will process your refund as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products in the same condition as you received them.  If the products are not returned to Rizos, we cannot refund any payment.
  5. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment as used when making the original payment.
  6. Orders for products made to your own specification cannot be cancelled.

Returns

  1.  If you have received a product which you consider is defective/damaged, please contact Rizos immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) so that we can arrange a replacement or refund. 
  2. We will require a photograph of the defective/damaged item.
  3. In the event that Rizos have requested the return of a damaged item, the cost of returning the item will be refunded.
  4. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment as used when making the original payment.

 Our Liability

  1.  Our liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased within the order and Rizos is not liable for any loss of profits, business, anticipated savings, data, disappointment, or time lost in connection with the products.
  2. Your Statutory Rights as a consumer are unaffected.
  3. Rizos is not liable for any damage to, or any virus that may affect your computer or equipment from using our website.

 Force Majeure (Events outside our control)

 Rizos has no liability to you for any failure to perform or delay in supplying or damages to goods or any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.  This includes but is not limited to:-

  •  Strikes, lock-outs and other industrial action
  •  Terrorist threats or attacks, war or riots
  •  Fire, explosion and natural disasters
  •  Impossible use of transport methods
  •  Impossible use of telecommunications
  • Acts of Government

 General

 Contracts arising from use of our website will be governed by English Law and any disputes arising will be dealt with in the Courts of England & Wales.
